You can copy listing information from listings that you have previously entered to save you time on listing input.

1. On the Input page of Matrix click Add New (Listing).
2. Choose the Property type.
3. Click Copy from Listing.
4. Enter the MLS number of the listing you want to copy. If you do not know the MLS number, use the search fields to find your listing.
5. Click Fill From. The input form for your new listing will import information from the listing you have copied. 

Once the input form has been complete you can also copy the listing photos. To copy the listing photos:

1. Click Add/Edit Photos
2. While no listing photos have been entered click Import Photos from Another Listing. 
3. Enter the MLS number of the listing you want to copy. 
4. Click Certify and Save to finalize the addition of the listing photos.
