After feedback from our Committees and Users, CVR MLS has made a change to the Seller Concession field found in the Pending and Closed Input forms in Matrix. 

Effective 12/20/2024 the field name shall be updated to Seller Paid Closing Costs.  This field is intended to capture all seller-paid closing costs towards buyer’s closing costs, prepaids, discount points and loan expenses. 

Agents should no longer include seller-paid buyer agent compensation amounts in this field.  If you closed a listing in the past few months and would like CVR staff to adjust the amount of the field to only recognize closing costs, please send your request to [email protected] with a copy of your closing statement.
