1.) Open your SentriKey app and go click on "My Settings."
2.) If the Radio Button for "Enable Face ID" is gray, click on it to enable Face ID.
3.) Click on Enable Face ID on the Pop Up. The App will then prompt you for your PIN.** If you do not know your PIN, you'll need to log into SentriLock on desktop to update your PIN in your account settings.
4.) You're all set!
** To update your pin, log into SentriLock through your MLS Dashboard. Go to account settings and select "change PIN." If you need assistance, please reach out to SentrILock Support.
