Coming Soon window expansion
On July 1st, the Coming Soon window will expand from 21 days to 45 days.
If you have a listing that is in the Coming Soon status on July 1st, you may extend your Coming Soon window, but be sure to make the change before the date reflected in your Expected on Market Date field.
New Buyer Code – Unrepresented Buyer
CVR MLS has added a new buyer code for use when pending a listing. If your transaction involves a non-represented buyer, you now have the option of using 1111 when pending your listing.
CVR MLS Forms Changes
On July 1st, the following forms changes will made in the CVR MLS library. We encourage you to review the Summary of Forms Changes so you’re fully versed in all of the changes and prepared when the forms go live.
Revised Forms
- CVR 125 – CVR Listing Addendum
- This is a non-substantive change to address a typographical error
- CVR 150 – Coming Soon Addendum
- This form was revised to reflect the 45-day Coming Soon window, effective July 1st.
- CVR 315 – Commercial Purchase Agreement
- CVR 335 – Purchase Agreement
- CVR 400 – Disclosure of Brokerage Relationship
- This is a non-substantive change to refresh an older form
Deleted Form
- CVR 333 – POA/COA Seven Day Cancellation Addendum
