Hit Counters allow you to see how many times your listing has been viewed and how users are interacting with your listing in OneHome. To view hit counters, go to My Listings, and select My Hit Counters from the show menu.

Client Portals counts the total number of client portals that your listing was sent to in OneHome. The listing may have been sent directly by their agent or through an auto email. The Client views column indicates how many times users have opened and viewed your listing. Keep in mind that this number includes all clicks, not just unique ones.

You can click the counts in either of these columns to generate a chart that shows client portal views over a chosen time span. You can print or email this chart if you would like to share. For in-depth listing tracking across websites, we recommend using ListTrac, available as a member benefit on the MLS dashboard.

Client Favorites shows how many clients have added your listing as a favorite. The Possibilities count is no longer used as OneHome simplifies the consumer experience with only a single positive (Favorite) or negative (Discard) category.

Any listings previously marked as Possibilities are now Favorites.

The auto email column shows how many auto emails include your listing in their search criteria. Previous 14-day views counts how many unique views your listing has in the past 2 weeks. Unique views are counted when the listing is opened by a new user, so this count won’t include multiple views by the same person.

Agent Published or Rejected counts increase when an agent reviews your listing in concierge mode. If they send your listing to their client, agent published will increase by one. To find out which agents have clients that viewed your listing you can choose a listing and open a reverse prospecting report from the hit counters display.
