This video explains best practices for entering acreage information when creating condominium or townhouse listings.
When entering a listing in CVR MLS, you may choose to start the listing using a tax record. This is a common and efficient workflow, however some fields, like acreage, may auto-populate from tax data.
When entering a Condo/Townhouse listing it is important to verify that the acreage value is accurate. In many cases, the acreage pulled from the tax record will not reflect the acreage of the individual unit. If the acreage shown represents the entire community (not the specific unit) you should clear the acreage field and submit the listing with the field left blank.
