When you enter a listing in CVR MLS, you will have the option to start the listing using a tax record. Specifically, when entering a single-family condominium or townhouse listing this way, you ‘ll want to be mindful that the Acreage information has been pulled in correctly. It is best practice to verify the actual acreage when entering condo/townhouse listings. If the amount populated from the tax record is associated with the entire community, clear the acreage and submit the listing while the field is blank.
