CVR MLS and the Real Estate Information Network, better known as REIN, which serves about 11, 000 agents in the Hampton Roads area, will begin to share MLS data on October 1, 2024.

As data share partners, CVR MLS and REIN users will have access to listings in each respective MLS. The listings will be inside of Matrix and available in your client searches, emails and portals, just like a CVR listing.  These listing will be visible on our go-live date, so there nothing you need to do.  REIN listings, agents and offices will have the prefix of REIN to their respective MLS numbers so you can easily identify the listings

The addition of REIN now adds two strategic partnerships for CVR users.; CVR MLS has had a longstanding data partnership with the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Property Services, for listings in the Gloucester/Mathews and Middlesex region of Virginia.  The addition of REINs data into CVR MLSs internal, or native, MLS will now provide extensive listing data for our users.
