When you send emails from Matrix, email recipients will have the option to unsubscribe from Matrix emails. If your client clicks the link the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of an email sent from Matrix, it will disable their auto email search. There are two steps to re-enable their auto email:
1. Your client must send a blank email to [email protected] from the email address they used when they unsubscribed.
**Absolutely nothing should be written in the body of the email.**
2. You must go to My Matrix, choose "Auto Emails". Click on the name of the auto email (under Subject column) or the corresponding downward-pointing arrow to open the full options; then click "Settings".
3. On the settings screen, under your message, change the auto email to "Enabled" and click save.
Your client should now be able to receive emails from Matrix.

Hi everyone. My name is Chad. I am staff here at CVR MLS, and in this video I’m going to be talking a bit about clients unsubscribing from and resubscribing to matrix emails.
All emails from matrix include a link that gives recipients the option to unsubscribe and stop receiving emails from matrix. We see clients use this for a number of reasons as well as accidentally or unknowingly unsubscribing from emails.
The good thing is that no matter what the reason, when someone wants to begin receiving the emails again there is a simple fix. To resubscribe them, have your send a blank email – no subject line and no body text – to [email protected] from the email they used to unsubscribe.
On the agent side you will need to go into matrix, find that clients contact in your auto emails, and within the settings change the auto email status back to Enabled. After that click save to finalize your changes and the process is complete.
Your client can now receive emails from Matrix again.
