As part of our onboarding process, new CVR MLS users and returning users who have not had an active account within twelve (12) months of their application are required to complete the Introduction to CVR MLS class within 90 days of their account activation.

The class combines an overview of the CVR MLS technology suite and training of the basic CVR MLS Rules and Regulations.  Completion of the class includes a fine waiver good for one year from class completion.  (Please see our Rules and Regulations for information about Fine Waivers.)

Class Offerings

The class is offered in two (2) formats:

• Live, virtual (Zoom) environment – A live, instructor-led, virtual class is offered monthly.  You can register for this class through your Member Hub, or on the online calendar found HERE.
• On-Demand – a self-paced, on-demand format is offered through our online education platform. This version will include periodic quizzes and check-ins.

As a courtesy, CVR MLS staff will register you for the next available live, virtual class when your application is processed.  However, you may take the on-demand class or register for another class if it is more convenient.  Please remember to cancel your initial registration, which can be done through the Member Portal or by emailing CVR MLS staff.  Users are responsible for completing the class within their 90-day window.  

Completion Deadline

The class must be completed within 90 days of your activation date.

Class Completion

If the class is not completed within the 90 day window, your MLS account will be suspended until the class is completed.  Under a suspension status, you will not have access to any MLS tools, including Matrix and SentriLock.
