Once your new CVR MLS subscription has been activated, you will receive an email from Sentrilock prompting you to complete registrations for your Sentrilock account. During registration you will submit payment for Sentrilock's annual fee then set up your password and PIN.
After completing registration, download the SentriKey mobile app. Use the mobile app to access and manage Sentrilock account and lockboxes. You can also manage your lockboxes by logging into your Sentrilock account from the MLS dashboard or Sentrilock.com. Your username will be the email address associated with your CVR MLS account.

CVR MLS subscribers are eligible to access SentriLock as a subscription benefit. After you have paid your MLS subscription fee, you will receive an email from Sentrilock to set up your account.
The Sentrilock registration email will be sent to the email address on file. Be sure to check your junk and spam folder if you do not see the email. During registration you will submit payment for SentriLock’s annual fee, then set up a password and PIN.
After registration, download the Sentrikey Real Estate mobile app. This is how you will access your SentriLock account and lockboxes in the field. Login with your SentriKey ID, which will be your email address, and the password you set up during registration.
SentriLock may prompt you to enter your PIN as well when accessing lockboxes. If you would like, you can also enable Face ID or thumbprint in lieu of the PIN, based on your device type.
Now that you’re set up, you can manage your lockboxes and account from the app or by logging in to Sentrilock from the MLS Dashboard. Sentrilock Lockboxes are offered through a loaner program to subscribers with a Sentrilock account and can be borrowed as needed from the front desk of RAR.
