When prompted to verify your identity, you should click the 'Send Code via Email' button:
Which will email you the code that you can copy:
Paste the code in the Verification Code field:
This will grant you access going forward.
Be sure that your current email address and cell phone number are on file by updating them in the Member Hub on the dashboard or calling membership (804-422-5000)
