How CubiCasa Works

Scanning a Property

Using the CubiCasa app:

1. Enter the property address.
2. Walk through the property while holding your phone at approximately a 45-degree angle toward where the wall meets the floor.
3. Scan each room by walking its perimeter.
4. Continue through all levels and outdoor spaces without stopping the scan.
5. Submit the scan through the app.

• Works on both Apple and Android devices.
• No special cameras or measurement equipment are required.
• The app provides real-time feedback during scanning.
• Scan the entire property in a single continuous walkthrough whenever possible.
• Interior spaces should be scanned first, followed by outdoor areas such as patios, decks, and pools.

No. The app does not require a specific scanning direction and can handle users crossing previously scanned areas.
