- When viewing your search results, click Save on the Action Bar.
- Click Save New Auto Email.
- Assigning a contact and entering a subject is required before saving an auto email.
- Customize email body text, settings, and schedule.
- Click Save to finalize the auto email and send the Welcome message to your contact.

In this video we are going to show you how to set up your clients to receive emails automatically anytime a listing that they might be interested in becomes available. This will save you time as an alternative to running searches manually and ensure that your client gets to view all their options.
The first step to this is going to be entering your search criteria. Once you’ve done that, click Save then New Auto Email in the action bar. On the next page you’ll configure the auto email. Include a contact – you can create a new one if needed. You can send a courtesy copy to someone if needed, send yourself a copy, and send the listing by text message if you’ve set that up for the client receiving this email.
Add a subject and email message to be sent with listings. The welcome email will go out the first time the auto email is sent. Under recurring email you’ll enter the body message that will go out for all of the following auto emails. You can use the pre-made messages or add new ones. Be sure to click this gear icon to save your messages to set them as a default for the future.
Enabling concierge mode will make it so that any results from this search will have to be approved before being sent to your contact. The concierge widget will be added to your Home page, and you’ll select each listing that you’d like to be sent off.
If you’d like listing agents to know that their listing has been sent to your client, check Enable Reverse Prospecting. Listing agents will never see your clients name or contact information. Instead, they will see your- the buyer’s agent - contact information in reverse prospecting reports along with a reference number that you can match to your client’s contact card.
To make this auto email easy to find, enable it as a favorite search on your home tab. You’ll have the option to set emails to send as soon as results are found, once daily on a schedule that you can fine tune to match your contacts availability, or once at the beginning of every month.
After saving, Auto Emails can be found under My Matrix. Here you can edit settings and criteria for your auto email, disable or delete the auto email. You can also view results of the search in OneHome to see how they appear to your client.
