In this video we want to familiarize you with OneHome from your client’s perspective. We’ll go over the emails they’ll receive when you send a listing, options for searching for listings in OneHome, and the tools that will be available to users that create an account in OneHome.

Whenever you send a listing out of Matrix, the email will display the basic information about the listing like address and list price. To see the listing in full detail, recipients will click VIEW ALL PROPERTIES and be redirected to the OneHome portal. By default, properties will be laid out on the map view in OneHome, but users are able to toggle between the map, tile view, and list view. Click a pin or listing for more details.

Anyone you send a listing will be able to view the full details of that property. They also can calculate the monthly costs of purchasing a particular home and view neighborhood insights. However, other functions will require that the recipient sign up for a free OneHome account. It’s important to note that only the people that you’ve added to your contacts in Matrix will be able to create an account. Since their email address is saved in Matrix, they’ll only need to provide their first name and last name, then create a password.

After logging in your client will have access to OneHome’s full functionality. Under the Buy/Rent tab, they will be able to view properties or create and save custom searches, which will be listed here along with searches that were created for them in Matrix. Users can save a listing that they like as Favorites or discard one that they aren’t interested in. They’ll also have the option to leave notes for the agent about a property and request to schedule a showing. The Planner is a tool used to create buying or selling plans to ensure that your client informed about every step in the process of the transaction.

If you look to the upper right corner of the page, you’ll see a bell-shaped icon. This is where notifications will be listed. Users can click their initials to drop down a menu that lets them manage their personal information.  The list also contains the PropertyFit preferences which is where they will enter selections for their ideal home. Once completed, OneHome will display a PropertyFit score on each listing that tells how close it is to the home that your client is looking for. Lastly, if you’ve set up your clients on a group contact, each user on that contact will be able to switch between their shared account and their individual accounts by clicking Switch Group in this menu. Groups allow the users to share favorites and notes in OneHome.
