How to Manage Forms in your TransactionDesk Transaction Templates

Follow along with this tutorial on how to manage forms in your transaction templates.

  • Go to your Settings, which is in the menu in your profile in the upper right corner.
  • Select Transaction Templates
  • Choose the appropriate template by clicking on the vertical ellipsis to the right of the template and select “Edit”.
  • Scroll down to the “Forms” section and expand it by clicking on the arrow next to the “Forms” name.
  • To Delete: 
    • Select the form you want to remove and check the round checkbox.
    • You can either select delete from the vertical ellipsis menu or click on the “trash” button on the right OR select multiple forms and delete them from the basket icon to the right of the “Forms” section name.
  • To Add: 
    • Click on the “+” button on the right side of the section name
    •  The CVR MLS library will appear
    • You can select the appropriate form by clicking in the round checkbox.  You can select multiple forms at a time. 
    • Hit “Add”
  • You’re done!
