Hello everyone. In our latest monthly monitor, we shared that changes were coming to the MLS dashboard, so in this video we want to quickly go over the differences that you should expect on May 10th. This change is mostly in the appearance of the dashboard. In the default view, you’ll now see a new design and a white and blue color scheme, but dashboard tiles will still be separated into 3 groups: CVR MLS essential tools, additional agent tools, and additional resources.
To simplify the layout, widgets have been removed completely, but Market Stats and Showing Time information are still only one click away with their respective tiles. You may also notice that Deposit Link has been moved into the essential tools group.
In the top right corner, you will find 4 icons labeled messages, notifications, dashboards, and user tools. Messages will take you to an inbox that will allow staff to communicate with you via the dashboard, and the Notifications icon will centralize the updates and information that was posted since the last time you logged in. You can expect to find urgent messages, news about MLS tools, or info on any events that may affect your workflow behind these two buttons.
The Dashboard icon will list dashboard views if others become available to you, and User Tools will take you to your profile page where you can upload a profile image, toggle on and off Dark Mode, and change your password if needed. Just note that the update will not force you to change your password, and you can still save your password on your browser or password manager.
That covers things. We hope you enjoy the new view. If you have any questions about the new dashboard appearance, you can contact CVR MLS support via phone or email.
