One of the benefits of SentriLock is our ability to have reciprocal lockbox access with other SentriLock providers around the Commonwealth of Virginia.
This means that your lockbox credentials will work on lockboxes in areas serviced by our reciprocal partners, and agents from their area will be able to access CVR lockboxes.
A few things to remember.
You must follow the local showing and lockbox rules of that area, so please follow all showing instructions carefully when you are in another area.
Also, lockbox reciprocation is different from cooperative compensation, so if you are not a member of the listing agent’s MLS, you do not have a blanket offer of compensation.
