MLS-Touch is a mobile MLS application that provides agents with access to listing searches, saved searches, client tools, showing requests, property details, and market information directly from their mobile device. The app serves as a mobile extension of Matrix, enabling agents to:

MLS-Touch Home Screen

The home screen contains six primary functions:

InstaView

Purpose: Quickly pull up a listing while standing near a property.

How it Works

• Uses the device's GPS location.
• Displays nearby active listings when you are close to the property.
• Requires location services/GPS to be enabled.

Best Use Case: Viewing property details while driving neighborhoods or attending open houses.

My Listings

Purpose: View and manage your own listings.

Features

• View active listings assigned to your account.
• Access listing statistics.
• Similar display and reporting options to other search results. 

MLS Number Search

Purpose: Retrieve listings directly by MLS number.

Features

• Search up to 10 MLS numbers at once.
• Single MLS number returns the full listing record.
• Multiple MLS numbers return a list view.

Map Search

Purpose: Search listings using geographic areas and map navigation.

Key Features

• Search by ZIP code, address, subdivision, or location.
• View results on an interactive map.
• Apply filters including:
  • Property Type
  • Status
  • Price Range
  • Additional criteria
• Switch between:
  • Map View
  • List View
  • Statistics View

Statistics View

Provides quick market statistics for the current search, including:

• Average Price
• Median Price
• Lowest Price

Users can save filtered searches for future use.

Saved Searches

Important: Matrix saved searches flow into MLS-Touch, but searches created in MLS-Touch do not sync back to Matrix.

Purpose: View recent MLS activity.
