Residential Input Form

The Single Family and Condo/Townhouse input forms have now been simplified into one Residential input form.

When entering a listing, agents will be able to select the property type under the listing info tab. From the dropdown menu labeled Type, the options will be Single Family Residence, Condominium, Cooperative, and Townhouse. Having these property types simplified into one input form will reduce the headache of accidentally submitting a listing in the wrong property type. Instead of needing to delete a listing agents will be able to switch the property type simply by changing this field within the input form.

Consolidation of these property types will also apply to searches. Under the search tab will be the option to search residential listings. This search form contains a field for selecting the residential property types  Under market reports, Inventory counts and stat reports will also allow agents to differentiate property types when filling out the criteria for the desired reports.
