After entering a new listing, you will have the option to Add/Edit photos from the Input Succeeded page. For existing listings, you can manage photos by going to the Input page, choosing the listing, then selecting Manage Photos from the list of options.
Once you reach the Add/Edit photos page, click Browse to upload photos from your device into Matrix. Accepted file types are .jpg, jpeg, or .gif.
Once uploaded, add the descriptions and captions for the photos then click Certify and Save to finalize the upload of the photos.

Hello everyone, my name is Chad. I'm a staff member here at CVR MLS, and I'm here with a short how-to video for Matrix. In this video, we’re going to go over how to manage photos on your listing. This is something you’ll have to do if you have a new listing, since at least one photo is required, or if you have an existing listing and want to change photos or add additional information.
Once you're logged in, the first step is to select your listing. From the home page, you can choose from editable listings in the “My Listings” widget, or you can go to the Input tab at the top of the page. From the Input page, you can either select your listing from a dropdown menu or enter the MLS number directly. After selecting your listing, you’ll be taken to the Modify Listings page. In the “Other Options” section, click “Manage Photos,” then click “Browse” to locate the photos on your computer. Once you’ve found them, click “Open,” and the photos will upload into Matrix.
You also have the option to import photos from one of your other listings by clicking “Import photos from another listing,” entering the listing number, and selecting “Import,” though this only works with your own listings. After uploading, you can choose which photo appears as the primary image by dragging it to the front of the list, and you can add captions or descriptions to each photo using the provided text or dropdown fields.
Once everything is uploaded and updated, click “Certify and Save” to make the photos live on your listing. This step also confirms that you have the authority to allow CVR MLS to use and distribute the images. Keep in mind that Matrix only accepts image files in .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif format, and for best quality, images should be at least 1024 by 768 pixels with a DPI less than 90. That covers everything in this tutorial.
