Matrix Password Reset
- In Matrix, open the “Input” menu at top of screen.
- In the “Input” window, under the “Agent Roster” heading, click on “Edit existing” Agent.
- In the “Modify Agent” window, in the “Member Number to modify” field at top of window, type your member number and click “Modify.”
- In the Modify Agent window, under the “Select Form” heading, click on “Agent Password Update.”
- In the Agent Password Update window, type a new password (per the requirements) and click on “Submit Agent.”
