Central Virginia MLS Data Feed Instructions for Brokers, Agents, and Technology Providers 

  

   

  

  

Data Feed Types: 

  • Back Office For Technology Providers: Back Office Feed for Technology Providers to manage on behalf of a Broker(s). Public IDX is not permitted with this feed type 

 

  • IDX: IDX Data Feed that supports the latest RESO Data Dictionary standard. Includes On Market listings. Supports public display. 

 

  • IDX Plus: IDX Plus Fields - Includes On Market and Sold Listings Supports public display. 

 

  • Broker Data Feed: The aggregated feed for Brokers. Includes the brokerage's on- and off-market data, plus roster. Compliant with NAR Participant Data Access policy. Supports public display. 

 

  • Rentals: Rental listings only. Supports public display. 

 

  • Roster Only: A data feed for Member and Office data only, for CVR MLS forms validation. Available by request to CVR MLS support. 

 

  • VOW: Web API feed supporting Virtual Office Websites. Public IDX is not permitted with this feed type. Available by request to CVR MLS support. 

 

  

All Data Feed licensing is handled through Trestle:  https://trestle.corelogic.com 

  

Brokers 

  

If the Technology Provider of your choice is already in Trestle, please have them initiate a Data License Agreement (DLA) with you in Trestle: https://trestle.corelogic.com 

If the Technology Provider of your choice has not yet registered in Trestle, please have them email us at [email protected] so that we can walk them through becoming an approved CVR MLS Technology Provider. 

Once the Technology Provider is approved, they will be able to initiate a DLA in Trestle. 

Once initiated, the DLA will be signed by the Technology Provider, you, and any agents that are being added to the license. Invitations to sign the DLA will be sent via Authentisign. 

The CVR MLS signatory will review the DLA. 

All parties will be notified by email when the agreement is approved 

  

Agents 

  

Note: Please note that your broker must have an active IDX agreement with your Technology Provider of choice to receive a feed.

Technology Providers:

Initiate a Data License Agreement Request for a data feed in Trestle: https://trestle.corelogic.com 

Invite the Broker and Agent (if applicable) when initiating the DLA request. Invitations to sign the DLA will be sent via Authentisign. 

The CVR MLS signatory will review the DLA. 

All parties will be notified by email when the agreement is approved.
