  2. Click Add New (Listing).
  3. Complete the Sold Non-MLS Input Form for the property type you are entering.

If you represented a buyer on a non-MLS sale, you could submit that listing after closing as a Sold Non-MLS listing. This includes any listings that were sold without the use of CVR MLS. In this video, I’ll show you how to complete the Sold Non-MLS input form.

Click the Input tab in Matrix. Under listings click add new. You’ll see there is a separate sold non-MLS input form for each property type. Be sure to choose the correct property type since after the listing is submitted, you will not be able to make any changes.

Choose whether to fill in the property information using the tax record, copy from an existing listing, or start a new listing using a blank input form. Once you get into the input form, the required fields will be highlighted in yellow. Complete all required fields then submit the listing. Note that while entering Sold Info, the buyer agent code must match your MLS ID. You will not be able to enter another agent as the buyer agent.

The Listing Input Succeeded page confirms that your input was successful and will show you the newly created listing number. Typically, you would add media like photos or supplements to the listing after finishing the Input form, but since they are not required for this listing type, that step is not included.

Now your Sold Non-MLS listing will be searchable by other agents for market analysis. The sale will also be reflected on your agent production report. Listings should be entered promptly after closing, but the deadline to enter a Sold Non-MLS listing is January 31st of the following calendar year.
