The Agent Production Report gives you a breakdown of your listing and sale activity over a selected period of time and can a be great tool for agents looking to review their work. 

 

Sales are broken into several categories in this report:

  • Total Sold/Entire MLS - This is the number of listings sold in the entire system matching the criteria of the report. 

  • Listed|Sold - This represents the number of listings where the report agent was both the listing agent and the buyer agent. 

  • Listed|In-House Sold - This represents the number of listings where the report agent listed the property, but another agent in their brokerage was the buyer agent. 

  • Listed|Coop Sold - This represents the number of listings where the report agent listed the property, but an agent in a cooperating brokerage was the buyer agent. 

  • Listed In-House|Sold - This represents the number of listings where an agent within the brokerage listed the property, and the agent of the report was the buyer agent. 

  • Coop Listed|Sold - This represents the number of listings where the listing agent was from a cooperating brokerage and the report agent was the buyer agent. 

 

Please note that as an agent, you are able to generate a report on your own production. Brokers can pull a report for agents in their office as well as a report on the office as a whole.

In this video I’ll explain how to generate Agent Production reports in Matrix. This report gives you a breakdown of your listing and sale activity over a selected period of time and can a be great tool for agents looking to review their work.

To get started, click Market Reports. Next click Agent Production Report (Agent), then enter the time frame that you want included in your report. Click Generate report and Matrix will produce a document that you can print or save to your device.

To help you understand the Production Section of this report, let’s go over some of the categories that your sales are broken into in this report.

Total Sold/Entire MLS - This is the number of listings sold in the entire system matching the criteria of the report.

Listed|Sold - This represents the number of listings where the report agent was both the listing agent and the buyer agent.

Listed|In-House Sold - This represents the number of listings where the report agent listed the property, but another agent in their brokerage was the buyer agent.

Listed|Coop Sold - This represents the number of listings where the report agent listed the property, but an agent in a cooperating brokerage was the buyer agent.

Listed In-House|Sold - This represents the number of listings where an agent within the brokerage listed the property, and the agent of the report was the buyer agent.

Coop Listed|Sold - This represents the number of listings where the listing agent was from a cooperating brokerage and the report agent was the buyer agent.

 The columns on this report show the number or “count” of your sales, the dollar volume of your listings and sales, average list price and sold price, and a ratio comparing the sales prices to the list prices of each category. Below the Production Section you can see details of your past production and inventory.

Please note that as an agent, you are able to generate a report on your own production. Brokers can pull a report for agents in their office as well as a report on the office as a whole.
