The Support Center tile is where you can find articles instructions and video tutorials for MLS related topics. This video explains how to search for resources and get answers using the AI function.

In this video I’ll explain how to use the support center tile on the MLS Dashboard. The support center, also known as the knowledge base, is where you can find articles, instructions, and video tutorials for guidance on MLS related topics.  We are constantly updating and adding articles to our knowledge so that you have access to the most recent information. 

 

After you click the support tile, the first thing you will see is the search bar. Type in a keyword to find relevant articles. For example, entering the keyword “SEARCH” gives me a list of possible topics related to searching in CVR MLS and any related tools we provide. This search bar also has an AI layer that searches the knowledge base and CVR MLS rules and regulations in order to answer specific questions you may have. Once you’ve entered your question, you’ll receive an ‘AI answer’ summary, as well as the links to the article that the AI derived the answer from.
