CVR MLS offers several data feed types to meet the needs of our Participants and tech providers.  Our RESO certified data feeds are offered via Web API through the Cotality Trestle Platform.  

Feed Options:

Back Office for Technology Providers

Purpose:          Back-office feeds are for back-end broker and agent products.

Listing Data:   All CVR residential listing types including off-market and coming soon listings.

Display:           No.  Public display is not permitted.

Back Office for Brokers

Purpose:          Back-office feeds are for back-end broker and agent products.

Listing Data:    All CVR residential listing types including off-market and coming soon listings.

Display:           No.  Public display is not permitted.

IDX

Purpose:          IDX feeds are public facing IDX for agent and broker website solutions.

Listing Data:   Active CVR residential listings; does not include off-market (sold) or coming soon listings.

Display:           Yes, except for Restricted Content. 

IDX Plus

Purpose:         IDX Plus feeds are for public facing IDX agent and broker website solutions.

Listing Data:   CVR MLS residential listings, including off-market (sold) data. Does not include coming soon listings.

Display:           Yes, except for Restricted Content.

Rentals

Purpose:         Rental feeds for public and back-end agent and broker products and websites.

Listing Data:   CVR MLS Rental listings, including off market (sold) data.

Display:           Yes, except for Restricted Content.

Roster Only

Purpose:         Roster-Only feeds are intended for validation of forms and other CVR MLS tools.  Requires existing forms approval and licensing.

Listing Data:   CVR MLS agent and office information

Display:           No, no public display rights. Roster data for forms validation only.

 

Sample Data Feed

 

Purpose:         Sample IDX feed to support product development.

Listing Data:   Non-active, closed CVR MLS listings 

Display:           No, no public display rights. 

VOW:

Purpose:        The CVR MLS VOW feed is provided to support online brokerage services for clients and customers of CVR Participants. 

Listing Data:   All CVR MLS listing types, including Coming Soon and off-market (sold) listings. 

Display:           No public display is allowed, display behind a registration or login wall only.
