Non CVR MLS Agent:

When the buyer agent is not a CVR MLS user or a part of a data share partner, listing agents should use the Agent ID 0009 (zero zero zero nine). This will bring up Non MLS User, and will allow you to pend the listing.

If the buyer agents is part of a data share partner, their ID should be available and can be obtained through an agent search.  Listing agents should use the buyer agent's appropriate ID rather than the Non-CVR MLS Agent number. 

Unrepresented Buyer:

If the listing agent has provided ministerial services to an unrepresented buyer, listing agents may, with broker's permission, identify themselves as the buyer agent in the appropriate field. If not, the listing agent can use the 0009 code.
