You can easily customize and filter your Market Watch data to fit your needs and relevance.  

Property types and time frames are drop down selections on the widget.  You can also click on the “Customize” button in the bottom right corner of the widget to add additional criteria like listing features, specific MLSs and other details to filter the data more specifically. 

You can refresh the data for the most up to date information or you can reset the criteria to the default settings (no filters) to return to a broader scope.
