If a property you are listing has an ADU, please use the ADU fields ADU (Y/N) and ADU Description under Features in the input form. 

Select “Yes” in ADU Y/N and use the ADU Description field to write a description of the ADU. 

Searching for properties with an ADU can be done by selecting the ADU YN field in Additional Fields: 

Select ADU YN from the left field and add it to Selected Fields. After selecting Back, you will be able to select “Yes” in the field. We do not recommend attempting to search using the ADU Description field.
