On Wednesday, September 21st at 6pm the Single Family and Condo/Townhouse input forms will be simplified into one Residential input form.
Agents will be able to differentiate Single family or Condo/townhouse properties within the input form and when searching for listings.
Your existing listings, auto emails, and saved searches will be updated to reflect the change.
Why combine the property types?
Simplifying the input forms will reduce the headache of accidentally submitting a listing in the wrong property type. Instead of needing to delete a listing, agents will be able switch the property type as needed. This change also brings our database in line with RESO standards.
