To email open houses from Matrix to clients, there are two methods:
You can:
1 – Run an Open House Search > Click Results
2 – Select the Open Houses you want to use > Click Refine:
3 – Select Listing from the drop down:
4 – Select the Listings you want to Email > Select Actions:
5 – Select Email and Email Listings:
Additionally, you can:
Search > Open House > Enter Open House Date > Results > Select the listing(s) in the Single Line Grid > Click Print > Email PDF > Select Single Line Grid >
When you get the email, click on “View Report”, and you will see:
