What if my seller would like to delay entry into the MLS to make repairs, etc.?

If the seller wants the listing to be entered at a date later than the three (3) days of the listing ratification, the listing agent may take the listing as a Delayed Entry listing.  Any Delayed Entry Listings must also include the Seller Opt-Out Authorization (Form 145) and be filed with CVR MLS within three (3) days of the listing ratification by the seller. For more information please see Rule 5.9 Section 5.9 Office Exclusive or Delayed Entry Listings

If the listing is marketed to the public (Public marketing includes, but is not limited to, flyers displayed in windows, yard signs, digital marketing on public-facing websites, brokerage website displays (including IDX and VOW), digital communications marketing (email blasts), multi-brokerage listing sharing networks, and applications available to the general public), the listing must be entered into the MLS as Coming Soon or Active within one (1) business day.
