Do you know when to use the Expected On Market Date and when to use the No Show Until date?

  • The Expected On Market Date field must be completed when a listing is placed in a Coming Soon listing status. This is the date you and your Seller have agreed that the property will be active and ready for showings.
    • Please note that Matrix will automatically transfer the listing from Coming Soon to Active on this date!
  • The No Show Until field must be completed when your listing is in an Active status, but your Seller has instructed you to postpone showings until a specific date.   The Delayed Show field must also be marked with a “Yes”.
    • Prior to any showing of the home, the Delayed Show field must be changed to “No” and the date in the No Show Until field must be removed.

You can use ShowingTime to help you manage your showing restrictions by blocking off specific dates and times.  Go to the Help/Listing Worksheet/Appointment Restrictions under the ShowingTime Help menu for specific instructions.
