Yes. You may advertise your Coming Soon listing on social media, your website, and through other marketing channels. However, you may not show the property or hold an open house while the listing is in Coming Soon status.

As of May 2026, CVR MLS includes Coming Soon listings in external data feeds, allowing them to appear on IDX websites and third-party portals.

• If your Coming Soon listing is not ready for external distribution, select Internet = No in Listing Input.
• When you are ready for broader distribution, change the setting to Internet = Yes.
