The MLS Compliance Team would like to remind our Users of the dos and don'ts for our Remarks field. The Remarks field should be "Only information that is descriptive of and relevant to an accurate portrayal of the Listed property, " so any financial information, solicitation language, open house information or anything outside of the general description of the property should be put into the Agent Comments field.
